How do you place a valuation on my property?
A valuation is determined by reviewing the property and the costs associated with needed updates or repairs to the property. The values is determined by comparable sold comps in the subject neighborhood, location and the condition of the home. The valuation is a fair price offer that is determined based on location, comparable sales in the subject area and the condition of the home. The value is a no obligation price valuation that allows the seller to review the offer and determine if the valuation is a win for the seller.
Does FlipKC List MY HOME?
FlipKC does not list your home. FlipKC will be the purchaser of the home. This is a win-win situation for both the seller and FlipKC. FlipKC covers the closing costs of the home which allows the seller more proceeds at closing. FlipKC will purchase the home for resell or keep the home as a rental.
Will I be Obligated to sell My home If I Dont Agree with VALUATION OF MY Home?
Remember, this is a no obligation valuation that allows the seller to find out what the valuation of their property is and to see if the valuation is a fair offer. The seller is in control and it will be your decision to sell the home.
The Project process
How will I get an estimate on the project?
Contact FlipKC and setup a time to get an estimate on your project. FlipKC will contact you within 48 hours to set up a time for the estimate.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Once the estimate is completed and the home owner decides to have FlipKC complete the project. FlipKC will put the project on their schedule. The time frame to complete a project is dependent on the type of project, ordering materials and the number of projects that are currently on the schedule.
Dose FlipKC provide other remodeling services?
FlipKC has completed remodeling for commercial and residential. FlipKC can provide estimates for any type of remodel. FlipKC has completed a number of different projects related to basement remodels, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, office space remodels and workout room remodels.
